TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective: 24 October 2026

  1. The provider
Boros Sámuel, sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), trading as AdTracking, registered seat: 2100 Gödöllő, Szkíta körút 33. 1a, Hungary, registration number: 58380899, tax number: 46338723-1-33, EU VAT ID: HU46338723, email: hello@adtracking.eu (the "Provider").

  2. Scope of these Terms
2.1. These Terms apply to services ordered through the adtracking.eu website.
2.2. The Provider's services are available only to businesses, sole traders and other persons acting in the course of their trade, business or profession (the "Client"). By ordering, the Client confirms that they are not acting as a consumer.
2.3. Fix, buildout and other custom work is agreed in a separate contract. These Terms also apply to such work unless the custom contract provides otherwise.
2.4. These Terms are available in English and Hungarian. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

  3. The services
3.1. Audit: a review of the conversion tracking of one domain and up to two advertising platforms.
3.2. Advanced audit: a review of multiple domains, more than two advertising platforms, lead generation or offline conversion flows, or mobile app measurement.
3.3. The result of an audit is a written report containing the issues found and the evidence for them, an estimate of their likely impact, and a fixed-price proposal for fixing them. Estimates are indicative only, and the Provider does not guarantee that they will materialize.
3.4. During an audit the Provider changes nothing on live systems. With the Client's permission, the Provider may place test orders, submit test forms and run similar tests, which the Client may delete afterwards.

  4. Formation of the contract
4.1. Ordering steps: (1) selecting the appropriate audit on the website; (2) entering the Client's details on the payment page (company name, address, VAT or tax number, email); (3) accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy; (4) paying the fee.
4.2. The Client can check and correct the information entered before submitting the payment.
4.3. The contract is formed when the fee has been paid successfully. The Provider confirms the order by email.
4.4. The contract is concluded electronically and is not a written contract. The Provider does not file it separately; the confirmation email and these Terms can be stored and retrieved by the Client.

  5. Fees, payment, invoicing
5.1. Current prices are shown on the website. Prices are quoted in euro and exclude VAT. The Provider is exempt from Hungarian VAT as a small business. Tax obligations follow the rules of the Client's country; Clients established in another EU member state must provide a valid VAT number. The Provider issues invoices in accordance with the applicable rules.
5.2. Card payments are processed by Stripe. The Provider has no access to card details. Bank transfer is available on request.
5.3. Fees are quoted in euro. If another currency is offered at checkout, the amount shown at checkout applies.
5.4. The Provider issues and sends the invoice electronically after payment.

  6. Performance
6.1. The Provider starts work after receiving payment and the necessary access.
6.2. The Provider delivers the report within 5 business days of receiving full access and the necessary information.
6.3. The Client must provide the necessary access and information and cooperate as needed. Delays caused by this extend the deadline.
6.4. If the Client does not provide the necessary access within 30 days of payment, the Provider may withdraw from the contract and refund the fee.

  7. Guarantee
7.1. If the Provider finds fewer than 3 issues affecting conversion data during an audit, the Provider refunds the full fee upon the Client's request.
7.2. The refund must be requested by email within 14 days of delivery of the report.

  8. Credit
If the Client orders the fix within 30 days of delivery of the report, the audit fee is credited in full against the fix fee.

  9. Refunds
9.1. Before work has started, the Provider refunds the full fee upon the Client's request.
9.2. After work has started, refunds are available as set out in section 7.
9.3. The Client has no consumer right of withdrawal.

  10. Liability
10.1. The Provider acts with professional care. The Provider does not guarantee business results (revenue, conversions, ROAS), which also depend on factors outside the Provider's control (campaign management, budget, market).
10.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to injury to life, body or health.
10.3. The Provider is not liable for errors resulting from changes made by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) or from changes made to the systems by the Client or third parties.

  11. Intellectual property
The Client may use the report for its own business purposes without time limit and may share it with contractors working for it (developers, agencies). The Provider's methods, templates and tools remain the Provider's property.

  12. Confidentiality
The parties keep business information learned during performance of the contract confidential and do not disclose it to third parties unless required by law. The Provider may use experience and results gained during the work as a reference in anonymized, aggregated form that does not identify the Client. Naming the Client requires the Client's prior written consent.

  13. Data processing in the Client's systems
13.1. When accessing the Client's systems, the Provider may gain access to personal data of the Client's customers. In this respect the Client is the controller and the Provider is the processor.
13.2. The Provider processes personal data only to perform the service and on the Client's instructions; ensures that persons with access are bound by confidentiality and that appropriate security measures are in place; assists the Client with data subject requests; notifies the Client of any personal data breach without undue delay; deletes the personal data after performance and keeps no copies; and makes available to the Client the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with these obligations.
13.3. The sub-processors used by the Provider are listed in the Privacy Policy. The Client consents to their use.
13.4. The Provider's own data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

  14. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted at hello@adtracking.eu. The Provider responds substantively within 15 days.

  15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the contracts are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Hungarian Civil Code. The Hungarian court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered seat has jurisdiction over disputes, including where the Client is established abroad.

  16. Changes
The Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments apply to orders placed after they take effect.
